We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, in original packaging, and not covered in passive aggression (our products are already covered in that).
We are happy to exchange items for a different size, color, or design. Email us at contact page within 30 days of delivery.
If your item arrived damaged, with a printing error, or otherwise not as described, contact us immediately. We will send a replacement at no charge. No need to return the defective item — just send a photo and a brief description.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return. Your bank may take an additional 2–5 days to post the credit. This is not our fault. We have tried to explain this to the banks.
