Are these products actually good quality?

Yes. The mugs are 11oz ceramic with dishwasher-safe ink. The canvases are gallery-wrapped. The planners are 100-page wire-bound. The apparel is pre-shrunk. We would not put terrible slogans on terrible products. That would be too on-brand.

I want to give this as a gift. Will my coworker think it’s passive-aggressive?

Possibly. That is between you and your coworker. We make the mug; we do not make the relationship.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet. We ship to all 50 US states. International shipping is on the roadmap, somewhere between “would be nice” and “requires a meeting.”

How long does shipping take?

Orders process in 1–2 business days and ship via USPS or UPS. Standard delivery is 3–5 business days. See our shipping page for full details.

Can I return something?

Do you do bulk orders for corporate gifting?

What is the meaning of the brand name?

We are glad you asked. The reply-all email is the original passive-aggressive act of office culture — unasked-for, unavoidable, and somehow everyone’s problem. We make products for people who have been reply-all’d one too many times. We do not judge. We just sell merchandise.
