Returns & Grievances

We want you to be happy. Or at least professionally satisfied.

Return policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, in original packaging, and not covered in passive aggression (our products are already covered in that).

What we accept

  • Unopened merchandise in original packaging
  • Items with manufacturing defects (at any time)
  • Wrong items sent (our mistake, our fix)

What we do not accept

  • Used mugs (for obvious reasons)
  • Items personalized or customized for you
  • Returns initiated via phone call (see our contact page)

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different size, color, or design. Email us at contact page within 30 days of delivery.

Defects and errors

If your item arrived damaged, with a printing error, or otherwise not as described, contact us immediately. We will send a replacement at no charge. No need to return the defective item — just send a photo and a brief description.

Refund timeline

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return. Your bank may take an additional 2–5 days to post the credit. This is not our fault. We have tried to explain this to the banks.
